Multi-property cluster setup
Cluster taxonomy for the multi-property module. How to align a Dublin/Cork/Galway city cluster, an iNua-style heritage/lakes/seaside grouping, a PREM managed/franchised/owned split, or a Talbot Collection Wexford regional cluster to the module's cluster hierarchy.
· I ·Before you start
You need an active Guestline Client Portal login for your Irish property and the appropriate GuestlinePortal module subscription. Setup is done from the Sandbox portal, accessible via your welcome email from mail.guestlineportal.com.
· II ·Step-by-step
- Sign in to your Guestline Client Portal at the URL in your welcome email.
- Open the Integrations tab and copy the Rezlynx API token — a signed JWT valid for 12 months.
- In the GuestlinePortal Sandbox portal, paste the token into Settings > Rezlynx and click Verify. Verification takes under 30 seconds.
- Configure your Fáilte Ireland grading (auto-detected from the Fáilte register on first save), the Irish VAT prefix (IE), the payment rail (Bank of Ireland or AIB), and the regional playbook micro-market (Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Killarney, Belfast, Kilkenny, Waterford, Sligo or Ennis).
- Click Activate. The module goes live within two minutes.
· III ·Verification
Open the module dashboard in your Client Portal. The first data pull should complete within five minutes. If the pull fails, check the Rezlynx API token has the appropriate scopes (read:availability, read:rates, read:folios, write:rates where relevant). Contact the Dublin desk at support@guestlineportal.com if verification does not succeed within 15 minutes.
