§ What it does

· I ·The full brief

Payment connector that connects to your Guestline Client Portal via the official Rezlynx API and routes card authorisations, captures and refunds through Bank of Ireland Payment Acceptance and AIB Merchant Services on a unified rail. Both PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication and 3-D Secure 2.2 challenge flows are handled server-side with liability shift retained where the challenge is passed. Reconciliation files land daily and match against Rezlynx folios by transaction reference, cutting month-end reconciliation from days to hours for Dublin four-star and Cork suburban properties. IBAN discovery uses BIC BOFIIE2D for Bank of Ireland and AIBKIE2D for AIB to route to the correct acquirer. SEPA Direct Debit is available for corporate accounts with an Irish or wider EEA IBAN. Chargeback evidence packs are compiled automatically from Rezlynx folio, guest signature and check-in data. Works alongside Rezlynx and does not replace Rezlynx.
