Certification tracker that connects to your Guestline Client Portal via the official Rezlynx API and monitors every Fáilte Ireland-related certification cycle affecting your property. Grading inspection dates (5-star, 4-star, 3-star, Guesthouse), Welcome Standard renewal, Sustainable Tourism Certificate audit dates and Fáilte-approved trade renewals are all logged with a countdown timer and reminder email at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days out. Evidence packs — occupancy stats, guest feedback summaries, sustainability metrics — are auto-assembled from Rezlynx folio data and formatted to Fáilte Ireland's inspection questionnaire. Filing history and inspector comments are archived per property, useful for Dublin city hotels and Killarney resorts that maintain multiple concurrent certifications. Works alongside Rezlynx and does not replace Rezlynx.
