Regional playbook + benchmark pack (Dublin, Cork, Galway, Killarney)
Regional benchmark packs for Dublin, Cork, Galway and Killarney compsets — monthly PDF + dashboard.
Ireland · Module · I ·The full brief
Regional playbook that connects to your Guestline Client Portal via the official Rezlynx API and produces monthly benchmark packs for each Irish micro-market. The Dublin pack covers Dublin 1, Dublin 2, Dublin 4 and Docklands compsets separately, tracking ADR, occupancy and RevPAR against curated peer groups (four-star business, four-star leisure, boutique) sampled from Fáilte Ireland district data. The Cork pack splits Cork city, Cork airport-adjacent and Cork suburban West including Ballincollig. The Galway pack covers Galway city, Salthill and Connemara boutique. The Killarney pack covers Killarney town, Lakes district and Ring of Kerry resorts. Each pack ships with a written commentary from the GuestlinePortal editorial desk on market movements, demand events and Fáilte Ireland regulatory updates. Delivered as PDF plus a live dashboard in your Guestline Client Portal. Works alongside Rezlynx and does not replace Rezlynx.
