§ What it does

· I ·The full brief

Yield management module that connects to your Guestline Client Portal via the official Rezlynx API and applies dynamic pricing recommendations calibrated for Irish demand patterns. The model is trained on eight years of Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Killarney and Belfast occupancy and pickup data, weighting demand around the Six Nations rugby home fixtures at the Aviva Stadium, Bloomsday (16 June), the All-Ireland GAA hurling and football finals at Croke Park, the Galway Arts Festival, the Galway Race Week at Ballybrit, the Puck Fair at Killorglin, the Cork Jazz Festival October bank holiday and the Dublin, Cork and Waterford Christmas markets. Recommendations are per-room-type per-arrival-date, delivered daily to your Rezlynx rate plans via approved auto-push or reviewer-approved manual push. Works alongside Rezlynx and does not replace Rezlynx.
